Injured Barcelona star responds to victory over Alavés | OneFootball

A sidelined member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has on Sunday responded to the club’s latest triumph.

This comes after Hansi Flick’s troops made short work of Deportivo Alavés, in the club’s final fixture leading into the international break.

Owing to a hat-trick on the part of frontman Robert Lewandowski, Barcelona have reestablished the club’s three-point advantage atop the Spanish top-flight table.

And one individual who evidently thoroughly enjoyed what he witnessed on the part of his teammates at Mendizorroza was Dani Olmo.

Summer signing Olmo is of course sidelined at present, owing to a hamstring injury.

Watching on from afar this evening, though, the 26-year-old took to social media, to send a message of support to the rest of the Blaugrana’s stars.

In a post on his official Instagram account, Olmo unveiled a screenshot of the updated La Liga table, alongside the caption:

‘Let’s go team!’
