This Manchester United star has declared that Man U can win at Old Trafford tonight against Newcastle United.

After losing five of their last six matches in domestic competitions, Diogo Dalot is still confident of winning.

The Manchester United star stating ‘if we are in our best shape, we can win the game’ against Newcastle United.

Man U have conceded 13 goals in these last five defeats, including conceding three each in their last two Old Trafford matches, losing at home to both Forest and Bournemouth.

Newcastle United having scored 19 goals in their last six games, including 14 in their last four matches (wins).

I have no idea when exactly Man U last showed their ‘best shape’ and certainly reading comments from their fans, not many (any?) sharing Dalot’s optimism for the match tonight.

I think the reality is that if Newcastle United show their ‘best shape’ tonight, as they have done in recent games, then very difficult to see anything other than a sixth defeat in their last seven domestic matches for Man U.

“Every time we play against them, we have to be really ready for a high intensity game, so that’s what I expect.
