Earlier today, Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi and Claudio Ranieri departed the Italian capital together.
According to Te La Do Da Tokyo, the two executives stopped in Florence with a train from Rome.
There, Ghisolfi and Ranieri met with Friedkin ahead of a possible meeting with Gasperini that could unfold later today.
