Training for Coach Conceição's AC Milan, who will face Juventus in the Supercoppa Italiana semi-final in Riyadh tomorrow evening (Friday 3 January). After the morning session, the Rossoneri held another afternoon session open to the press for the first 15 minutes.
THE REPORT After a speech by the Coach, the group began with muscle activation using small cones, which was followed by some themed passing games to end the warm-up phase. Training continued with the squad engaged in a series of technical drills and tactical work.
