Flamengo fullback Wesley is one of the rumored top targets for Roma.

The Giallorossi, along with Juventus, are very interested in the 21-year-old who is currently competing in the Club World Cup.

In a brand new interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Brazilian footballer discussed his present and future options.

“My dream is to play in Europe at least once in my career,” he said. “Now I’m happy in Brazil and I’m focused on the Club World Cup: we want to do well and go as far as possible.”

“Jorginho, Danilo and Alex Sandro spoke to me a lot about Italy and told me that moving there would be a very important step in my growth.”

“I know about the interest of Roma and Juve but it’s not yet the time to think about the future,” he added.
