Kylian Mbappé (25) has registered yet another in his long-running dispute with former club Paris Saint-Germain, the AFP understands.

It hasn’t been a clean divorce since Mbappé left PSG in the summer, after seven years at the club. Mbappé is demanding €55m in unpaid wages and bonuses, which the LFP’s legal committee ordered the reigning Ligue 1 champions to pay. The refusal to pay the wages over the course of three months came amid a dispute and a messy divorce between the two parties. Les Parisiens believed that they had an oral, gentleman’s agreement with the France captain that they wouldn’t lose out financially, in the event that he left on a free transfer, which he did.

However, having been ordered to pay Mbappé the unpaid wages and bonuses, PSG refused. The FFF made the same decision, in favour of the France captain. However, PSG once again appealed, asking for the case to be re-studied. The AFP understands that this request has been rejected. The publication understands that Les Parisiens sent their request for the case to be re-examined one day after the deadline for appeal. It is another win for Mbappé but the issue is not yet resolved.
