This according to Spanish outlet AS, via FCInterNews. They report that the Polish international will be in the Blaugranas squad for the knockout clash, and will aim to come off the bench.

And according to AS, the signs have been positive over the last couple days.
There are still certainly question marks about the Pole’s match-fitness. Therefore, it is unlikely that he will be able to start on Tuesday.
However, reports AS, it looks as though Lewandowski will be ready to be part of the squad for the match against Inter.
Accordingly, there would be a real chance of seeing the 36-year-old come on midway through the match.
