Everton have reached an agreement with Chelsea to sign midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in a permanent transfer, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The deal is reportedly worth £25 million in guaranteed fees, with potential add-ons taking the total package to around £28–29m.
While the agreement has been reached between clubs and the player, the transfer is not yet official and remains subject to final formalities.
Dewsbury-Hall, 26, is one of several midfielders set to leave Chelsea this summer, alongside Lesley Ugochukwu and Carney Chukwuemeka, who are also expected to complete permanent exits.
Everton are aiming to reinforce their midfield ahead of the new Premier League season, and Dewsbury-Hall’s arrival would be a significant addition once finalised.
