An insight into the uptick in minutes being enjoyed by on-loan Barcelona star Vitor Roque since linking up with Real Betis has on Friday been provided.
And it only serves in further highlighting just how restricted the youngster’s game-time was whilst on the books of the former.
Frontman Roque of course brought to an end what proved a hugely underwhelming stint on Barcelona’s books this past August.
Mere months on from his arrival amid sky-high expectations, the Brazilian international was allowed to join La Liga rivals Real Betis on a temporary basis.
And, in just a few months since, Roque has already enjoyed a major upturn in prominence.
As revealed by Diario Sport, across his time in Heliopolis, the 19-year-old has to date spent a total of 757 minutes on the pitch.
This is over double the 353 which Roque managed in the entire 2nd half of last season, under the watch of Xavi at Barcelona.
And as much has been reflected in his figures in front of goal, too, the attacker having found the net five times thus far this season, compared to just twice in 2023/24.
