Celtic are set to send one of their midfielders away from Parkhead on loan, with an interested club now ‘finalising a deal’ to sign him, according to journalist Tom Bogert.
Brendan Rodgers’ side are in a comfortable position domestically, where they are cruising to retaining their Scottish Premiership title.
The Bhoys have also made an impression in the Champions League and are in with a chance of securing a spot in the playoff round.
Rodgers could do business in the January window, both ins and outs, and Celtic now look set to sign off on a loan move for Odin Thiago Holm.
The 21-year-old Norwegian midfielder is poised to move to the MLS.
LAFC ‘are finalising a deal’ to take Holm to the United States on a loan agreement.
Celtic signed Holm from Norwegian giants Valerenga and big expectations were attached to the midfielder when he arrived in Glasgow.
The Bhoys forked out £2.6m to sign the midfielder and handed him a five-year contract.
He has made three appearances in the Scottish Premiership this season and has also had his campaign disrupted due to injury.
