Tijuana.- Chivas Femenil came within a second of their third win in a row, but a surprising strike gave Xolos a 1-1 draw in the last play of the match of Matchday 8 of the Clausura 2028, on Monday night at the Estadio Caliente. With this result, Antonio Contreras' team reached 15 points and is now in sixth place in the general table.

The Rojiblanco team was aggressive on the offensive, pinned down the local team and generated options up front. However, a defensive lapses on the hour mark cost them the win, in addition to a late sending-off of Daniela Calderón.
