Federico Chiesa, Curtis Jones and Wataru Endo have come straight in for Arne Slot's maiden Carabao Cup match tonight against visitors West Ham.
Liverpool will be hoping for a win at Anfield to kickstart their efforts to defend last season's Wembley success.
The Reds enjoyed this fixture last time around with a comfortable 5-0 victory over West Ham United during the 2023/24 campaign.
Arne Slot will be aiming for more of the same, but he has made a host of changes as expected after what has been a gruelling schedule for the Reds since the October international break.
In what is a much rotated team, but still notably strong, Liverpool have brought in Gomez, Endo and Jones for their first appearances of the season.
Federico Chiesa also makes his first start for the Reds with the Italian looking to make an impact right away just as he did against Bournemouth in his last appearance at Anfield in a brief cameo.
Konate and Gravanberch have the well-earned night off, meanwhile Salah, Van Dijk, Szoboszlai, Mac All-star, Robertson and Alexander-Arnold all drop to the bench to come on if necessary
It's a strong bench but Slot will be hoping he won't have to use it as he looks to rest his stars ahead of another important game at the weekend.
