Chelsea host FC Copenhagen in the Europa Conference League this evening with a place in the quarter-finals on offer.
Enzo Maresca’s side have a one-goal advantage from the first leg last week. Reece James and Enzo Fernandez were on the scoresheet as Chelsea claimed a 2-1 win in the Danish capital.
Chelsea are strong favourites to win this tournament and have reeled off seven straight wins in Europe this season.

The West Londoners are aiming to become the first team to have won each of UEFA’s current club competitions, after Champions League success (2012 and 2021) and two Europa League triumphs (2013 and 2019).
Enzo Maresca confirmed on Wednesday that Cole Palmer, Christopher Nkunku and Reece James had all trained ahead of the tie. However, illness has plagued the squad in recent days and could lead to unexpected absentees.
Chelsea remain without hamstring victims Nicolas Jackson, Noni Madueke and Marc Guiu, while Malo Gusto is sidelined with an ankle issue.
There are also a trio of non-injury absentees for the Blues. Mykhailo Mudryk is suspended after failing a drug test and Romeo Lavia and Wesley Fofana are ineligible. The injury-hit duo were not included in the Conference League squad.
Chelsea predicted XI: Jorgensen; James, Badiashile, Chalobah, Cucurella; Caicedo, Fernandez; George, Dewsbury-Hall, Neto, Nkunku.
Chelsea host FC Copenhagen in the Europa Conference League’s last 16 on Thursday 13th March 2025. Kick-off at Stamford Bridge is 20:00 GMT.
