Chelsea face Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge in just under an hour, and the teams are in!

It’s that sad, sad day of the year – the final game of the season. Chelsea are ending a very mixed campaign on a high, with a home game in the sun against a Bournemouth team without a lot to play for.

The Blues can still affect their future however, knowing a win puts them in prime position to sneak into the Europa League right at the death. To that end, Mauricio Pochettino picks the strongest team he can.

There have been few changes to his winning side over the last few weeks, but there are a couple today. Mykhailo Mudryk can’t feature today as he was in the concussion protocol after getting slammed by Tariq Lamptey in midweek. Christopher Nkunku replaced him as a sub in midweek and ended up playing almost 70 minutes when you factor in extra time.

Pochettino said he would only start if the medics thought he was ready, and clearly they don’t as Raheem Sterling gets the nod on the left.

The other change is at the back, where Thiago Silva plays his last game for us (and likely his last game in European football). He plays in the centre with Trevoh Chalobah shifted out to the right. That will allow Marc Cucurella to play in midfield in the buildup as we’ve seen a few times in this recent good run.

The bench is crammed with talent – Carney Chukwuemeka is back on there, with Malo Gusto not risked from the start after his own recent niggling injuries.

Here are the full team line-ups for Chelsea vs Bournemouth (kick off at 16:00 GMT)
