Chelsea will allow Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to leave this summer if the club receive a ‘reasonable offer’ for the midfielder.
Dewsbury-Hall joined Chelsea from Leicester City in a £30m deal last summer but has been unable to break into the side on a regular basis.
Despite reuniting with former Leicester manager Enzo Maresca at Stamford Bridge, Dewsbury-Hall has been resigned to a bit-part role.
He started just twice in the Premier League last season, though featured regularly as Chelsea fielded a largely second-string side on route to Europa Conference League success.
The 26-year-old has not agitated for a move, nor have Chelsea transfer-listed the player. However, The Times are reporting that ‘reasonable offers’ will be accepted as Chelsea look to reduce their squad.
West Ham United have been linked with a move to sign Dewsbury-Hall, who has previously attracted interest from Fulham and Brighton. Everton have also been named as a potential destination with the Toffees keen to supplement a small squad with additions.
Chelsea are the highest-spending side in Europe this summer and need to offload players to recoup funds. Returning loanees Raheem Sterling, Armando Broja, Joao Felix and Ben Chilwell are all available for sale, while Christopher Nkunku is also expected to move on.
