France international Grace Geyoro is reportedly prepared to leave Paris Saint-Germain and would like to join Women’s Super League champions Chelsea.

The 28-year-old midfielder has spent her entire career in Paris, making 270 appearances for the French giants.

Geyoro also has over 100 caps for France, scoring twice for her country at this summer’s Euro 2025 in Switzerland.

However, it appears as though Geyoro is ready for a change of scenery after more than a decade with PSG.

Grace Geyoro would like to join Chelsea

French reporter Achilles Ash has tweeted that Grace Geyoro is in a “tug-of-war” with PSG as she seeks a move to Chelsea.

The French international has reportedly not shown up for training ahead of the new season.

Chelsea have been following Geyoro for several years, and now the 28-year-old would like to make the move to Stamford Bridge.

It’s added that she believes PSG “has not respected the commitments made during her last contract extension”.

Geyoro last signed a contract extension with the French club in 2023, with her contract set to expire at the end of the 2027-28 season.

Last season, she scored eight goals in 27 appearances across all competitions for PSG.

Should the Blues pursue a move for Geyoro, they have until September 4th, when the transfer window is set to close.

Grace Geyoro’s career at PSG

Chelsea target Grace Geyoro made her Paris Saint-Germain senior team debut in October 2014 at the age of 17, coming on as a substitute during a 2-0 victory over Issy.

It wasn’t until the 2016-17 season when she started regularly playing for the French giants, and she has held a regular role in midfield ever since.

In total, she has scored 53 goals in 270 appearances across all competitions for PSG.

She helped the team win the league during the 2020-21 season, and has also won three Coupe de France trophies.

PSG have twice finished as runners-up in the Champions League during Geyoro’s time at the club. PSG lost to Eintracht Frankfurt in 2015 and Lyon in 2017.

When does the 2025-26 WSL season start for Chelsea?

There are just under 10 days to go until the start of the Women’s Super League season.

Chelsea open their campaign on Friday, September 5th, against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.

The reigning champions will likely be without Lauren James who is set to miss the start of the season.

Chelsea will be looking to win their seventh consecutive WSL title and their ninth since its inception in 2011.
