Fabio Capello believes Inter should prioritise Rasmus Hojlund over Ange-Yoan Bonny, while Kevin De Bruyne will show ‘Ballon d’Or quality’ at Napoli, and Juventus should look to Joshua Zirkzee.
Capello shared his thoughts on the recent transfer speculation in Italy in his latest column for La Gazzetta dello Sport.
He started with Inter, who are planning to sign at least one centre forward and have been in advanced talks with Parma for Bonny.
However, Hojlund has also been linked with the Nerazzurri, and Capello believes the Nerazzurri should look to the Manchester United forward.

“I’ve read a few names, from Hojlund to Bonny. I’m a fan of the former even if he hasn’t exactly shone at Manchester United,” he wrote.
“However, the Dane is a very dynamic striker, good at exploiting space. Even though he was very young, he impressed me at Atalanta. Bonny is a different kind of striker, more involved in the build-up play, but probably less ready. Shall I say it? He would be a riskier choice.”
Defending champions Napoli are ready to welcome De Bruyne, and Capello can’t wait to see the ex-Manchester City star in action at the Stadio Maradona.

“He’s a Champions League-level signing, with Ballon d’Or quality,” said Capello.
“With the slower pace of Serie A, he’ll make a real difference and bring added experience in Europe. I’m less convinced by the idea of bringing Yunus Musah, especially if he’s meant to replace Frank Anguissa. If, as it seems, the Cameroonian was to leave Serie A, it would be a significant loss.
“The Musah we saw at Milan doesn’t seem to be on the same level, even if Conte himself wants him,” continued Capello.
“If I were in Napoli’s shoes, I’d focus mainly on two more additions: a centre-back and a quality, creative winger.”
Napoli indeed have the same view as they have already begun talks with Bologna for central defender Sam Beukema and have targeted Federico Chiesa and Dan Ndoye for the attack.

As for Juventus, Capello has a clear idea about who their next striker should be.
“Let me get straight to Joshua Zirkzee, who has shown flashes of real class in Serie A,” Capello wrote.
“He has had troubles at Manchester United, and it might already be time to bring the Dutchman back to Italy. He would cost less than someone like Gyokeres, who has been linked with Juventus, as I see.
“Although the Swede has been a prolific goal scorer at Sporting CP, he has never played in a top-tier league like ours. I think it’s wiser to opt for a more proven option, such as the former Bologna man.”
