Thanks to Kamory Doumbia, Stade Brestois managed to snatch a point against Lille in this opening round of Ligue 1. Trailing 0-2 and then 2-3, Brest ultimately held Lille to a thrilling 3-3 draw on Sunday. Doumbia, who struck twice, praised the fighting spirit of his teammates.

"That's the team's mentality, we never gave up even when we were behind. We kept pushing until the end. In the end, I scored a brace, it paid off, I'm happy," said the Malian international on Ligue 1+.
