The young Bees were looking to build on last week's convincing win against Peterborough United.
Brentford edged the opening proceedings as they moved the ball well and controlled a large proportion of the possession.
On 12 minutes, the first chance of the game arrived for the home side and it fell to Golding who had a free header following a perfect delivery from an Otis Honor corner. The centre-back could not keep his header down though as the ball went over the bar.
Domeiro Bobb-Semple went close soon after as he picked up a loose ball in the box but his sliced effort was saved by Thomas Betts in the Sheffield United net.
Golding was not to be denied on his second attempt from an Honor corner as he bundled the ball into the net to give the Bees the lead on 16 minutes.
It was complete domination from the home side and the second goal followed seven minutes later. Kaya Halil played an incisive through ball to Peters who wasted no time in dispatching into the bottom corner of the net.
The goals continued to flow as Boni was on hand to finish off a good team move, side-footing in from close range to give Jon-Paul Pittman's side a three-goal lead.
It was more of the same from the home side in the second period and Ollie Shield's acrobatic effort almost gave Brentford a fourth but it was cleared off the line by Lennon Patterson.
Poliakov got himself on the scoresheet on 62 minutes as he pounced on a loose pass from the goalkeeper before coolly finding the bottom corner.
The young Bees added to the scoreline through Golding who grabbed his second of the game, guiding a well-placed shot into the top corner of the net.
Charlie Bulmer did score a consolation goal for the away side.
Second-half substitutes Owusu and Giscombe added two late goals to add extra gloss to the scoreline as Brentford continued to show their dominance even up until the final whistle.
That was how the game would end as the Under-18s recorded their biggest win of the campaign.
The Bees are next in action on Saturday 12 April as they travel away from home to take on Fleetwood Town.
