Bolton among clubs keen on striker Toshevski – exclusive | OneFootball

Bolton Wanderers are among a number of clubs to have expressed an interest in signing striker David Toshevski, Hayters.com understands.

The 24-year-old is a free agent having left Austrian side Austria Klagenfurt, following their relegation last season.

He netted ten goals in 26 games for the club across the last campaign, and has also attracted interest from other British clubs, including Championship sides, as well as elsewhere.

But Bolton are one of those weighing up whether to make a move for the North Macedonia international, who has also had spells in Russia, Slovakia and Croatia.

Toshevski, who has just turned 24, made his international debut earlier this year against Liechtenstein.

The target man would add more physicality and strength to Bolton’s front-line, with the League One club aiming for promotion back to the Championship having fallen short last term.

They have already brought in another player from the Austrian Bundesliga this summer, signing Barbados forward Thierry Gale from Rapid Vienna.
