Barcelona star left out of squad for Sevilla clash | OneFootball

A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has been omitted from the club’s latest matchday squad.

That’s according to journalist Víctor Navarro, who points towards Ansu Fati as the player in question.

Ansu, of course, has been left out of Barcelona’s squad lists on a regular basis of late.

Struggling to carve out a place for himself in the plans of boss Hansi Flick, the 22-year-old has been left to watch on from home on a whole host of occasions since the turn of the year.

And, as alluded to above, Sunday will prove no different.

Barcelona are primed to return to action later this evening, hopeful of closing the gap on table-topping Real Madrid to just two points courtesy of a victory over Sevilla.

As confirmed by the aforementioned Víctor Navarro, though, Ansu Fati has not been included in the travelling squad bound for Seville.
