La Liga giants Barcelona look set to remain without the contributions of a member of the club’s summer recruitment drive this coming weekend.

This comes amid confirmation that Roony Bardghji is not expected to be registered in time for the Blaugrana’s meeting with Levante.

The registration situation remains a constant source of stress and concern for those behind the scenes at the Camp Nou at present.

Whilst Deco and co. did manage to ensure that Joan García and Marcus Rashford were at the disposal of boss Hansi Flick for the club’s season opener against Mallorca last weekend, several others remain ineligible to take to the pitch in Spain’s top-flight.

One such player comes in the form of the aforementioned Roony Bardghji, awaiting his competitive debut following his summer arrival from FC Copenhagen.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the media on Thursday is anything to go by, then the 19-year-old’s Barca bow looks highly unlikely to come this weekend, either.

As per a report from Diario Sport, still unregistered, ‘Bardghji won’t make it to Saturday for Levante’.
