Barcelona narrowly scraped past bottom dwellers Almería to avoid going winless in three straight games.
Scorers: Raphina 33′, Roberto 60′, 83′ ; Baptistão 41′, González 71′
Barça struggled to bring the subdued Montjuïc crowd into the affair as they tried to probe the Almería defence.
They finally found their breakthrough just past the half-hour mark as Raphina pounced on a loose ball after a corner to fire home and give the hosts the lead they searched for.
They were undone relatively quickly however, as Leo Baptistão cut through the Barça rearguard before sending his shot past the keeper to reclaim parity.
While they were met with boos and whistles at half-time, Barça upped the tempo after the break. They reclaimed the lead through Sergi Roberto, but it would not last long once again.
A blunder at the back from the hosts saw Ronald Araújo and stand-in keeper Iñaki Peña collide with one another, allowing Edgar González to tap home from point-blank range and level the score.
Sergi Roberto bailed out his teammates once again by capping off a superb team move to reestablish Barça’s lead in the dying minutes, ensuring the hosts narrowly snatch the win.
