Aurélien Tchouaméni responds to Real Madrid teammate Arda Güler’s gesture | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Aurélien Tchouaméni has taken to social media, to show his appreciation for a recent gesture sent his way by teammate Arda Güler.

Youngster Güler, for his part, was of course back in the thick of things for Real Madrid on Saturday night.

Afforded a third successive La Liga start in Los Blancos’ meeting with Granada, the 19-year-old lit up the pitch once more, finding the net during another fine individual display.

And yet, amid his rare opportunity to soak up the limelight at Los Cármenes, Güler, as alluded to above, had another of his teammates firmly on his mind.

Aurélien Tchouaméni was absent from Carlo Ancelotti’s ranks in Andalusia on Saturday, after picking up an injury in midweek which looks likely to keep the Frenchman out of the upcoming Champions League final.

With Tchouaméni no doubt feeling altogether down as a result, Güler therefore attempted to lift the spirits of his teammate, by making use of his trademark celebration against Granada.

And Tchouaméni has since made clear his appreciation for as much, courtesy of a post on his official Instagram account:
