Strasbourg wide-man Diego Moreira is of interest to Serie A side Atalanta this transfer window, but La Dea have a pair of obstacles to overcome before any sort of deal is able to go ahead.
The 20-year-old Moreira, formerly of Benfica and later Chelsea, has spent the last season in Ligue 1 after securing a permanent move away from Stamford Bridge last summer.
There is clear interest in the Portugal youth international in Bergamo, but negotiations have not truly heated up as things stand.

That is partly because of the €20m price tag that Strasbourg have in mind when it comes to the versatile left-back.
Additionally, Premier League side Chelsea, who are under the same ownership and have recently exchanged numerous players with Strasbourg, will also need to give their approval to the move, given their partnership under the BlueCo consortium.
As things stand, Strasbourg are waiting for offers before deciding how to proceed.
Atalanta, meanwhile, have certain issues in their own camp to deal with before a deal can go ahead. Moreira is not the only player that Atalanta have in mind, and La Dea must also first find a solution to the current situation surrounding Ademola Lookman before focusing on incoming arrivals.
