Atalanta are reportedly trying to keep Gian Piero Gasperini from leaving.
The Italian technician seems oriented toward departing Bergamo in the coming days as he is Roma’s top candidate to succeed Claudio Ranieri.

Today, Gasperini is expected to meet with Roma to define the agreement that will tie him to the Giallorossi for the next years.
As reported by Tuttomercatoweb, however, Atalanta will make one final attempt to try to convince Gasperini to stay.
The Nerazzurri have already offered him a new contract until 2027 and are planning to up their offer in an attempt to change the manager’s mind.
