According to Fichajes, Real Sociedad have made Marco Asensio a top target for the summer transfer window. The club are looking to bolster their attack, especially with the possibility of losing Takefusa Kubo, who has drawn interest from several Premier League teams.

PSG, meanwhile, are open to negotiating Asensio’s departure, as they don’t see him as part of their long-term plans. The key to making the deal happen will be Real Sociedad’s financial flexibility and its ability to convince Asensio that San Sebastian is the right move for him.

Aston Villa have Asensio until the end of the decision, but the plan to wait and see how this move plays out could attract even more suitors. The report doesn’t specify PSG’s asking price, but Transfermarkt values Asensio at €20 million.
