Arsenal are said to be preparing a bid for Ebere Eze.

The Independent say the Gunners are planning to structure a bid which would mean they could sign the Crystal Palace forward without having to make a major sale this summer.

The Gunners have already been active in the transfer market, bringing in goalkeeper Kepa from Chelsea as well as midfielder Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad.

They are also poised to complete the signing of Christian Norgaard from Brentford and are hoping to sign striker Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting.

And Eze could become another addition in what looks set to be a huge summer for Mikel Arteta.

But forward Leandro Trossard could leave the club this summer, Sky Sports France are reporting.

Trossard has yet to agree a new deal with the Gunners, with his current contract up next summer. It is claimed that 20 million euros could be enough for the Gunners to consider an exit.

Elsewhere, Newcastle are weighing up a move for free agent striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin according to the Telegraph.

Calvert-Lewin left Everton following the expiry of his contract and is said to be one of a number of options Newcastle are considering, following the departure of Callum Wilson, who is also now a free agent.

Meanwhile, the i Paper say Manchester United’s move for Bryan Mbeumo appears to have stalled having yet to match Brentford’s valuation of the forward.

They say United are expected to go in with a third bid for the Cameroon international but Brentford are not under pressure to sell, with director of football Phil Giles previously insisting he could yet stay with the club.

The Telegraph are reporting that Tottenham have discussed moving for their former defenders Kyle Walker-Peters and Denis Cirkin.

Spurs are currently short of the club trained quota they need to fill their Champions League squad and face having to leave players out.

The duo have been discussed as possible solutions, with Walker-Peters available on a free transfer after leaving Southampton, it is claimed.

Sky Sports say Crystal Palace are hoping to sign Italian defender Davide Calabria and Ajax’s Borna Sosa.

And Sky Italy say Brighton forward Evan Ferguson is a target for Serie A side Roma.
