Arsenal have not given up in their pursuit of Viktor Gyokeres and have resumed talks in recent hours, despite interest from Juventus and Manchester United.
Arsenal are unwilling to give up on Sporting CP striker Gyokeres and have resumed talks with the striker.

RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko is regarded as an important transfer target for the Gunners, but the Premier League side have not yet made a definitive choice on their next striker.

Arsenal’s director Andrea Berta is also pushing for Gyokeres, sources tell me.
There are other clubs interested in the Sweden international, especially Manchester United, while rumours on Napoli are practically groundless. The Partenopei have very clear ideas on the transfer market.

Juventus have sounded out Gyokeres’ availability, but the Bianconeri are aware that competition from Premier League clubs is fierce.
Gyokeres, 27, has scored 54 goals in 52 appearances across all competitions this season with Sporting CP. His contract expires in June 2028.
