New Manchester United manager boss Ruben Amorim is seemingly following in the footsteps of his compatriot Jose Mourinho with the way he reacted to the team sheet leaks.
A few hours before the Manchester Derby, the shocking decision of Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho’s omission was revealed, raising internal questions about the source of the leak.
Even though the Red Devils went on to clinch a dramatic victory in the final moments of the game thanks to Amad Diallo’s heroics, Amorim was still troubled by the lack of secrecy within the dressing room.
“I know that story,” said the Portuguese tactician. “I think it is impossible to fix, because you have a lot of people in the club, the players talk with agents, you can talk with friends, it’s hard to know, it is not a good thing.
“But let’s move on and go to the next one and I see if they find the next starting XI!” he said humorously.

“Man Utd launch investigation into player responsible for leaking team news with TWO stars questioned by Ruben Amorim,” claimed the Sun on Monday.
It has recently been claimed that Garnacho’s brother Roberto could be the ‘mole’, but Manchester Evening News journalist Samuel Luckhurst rubbishes this notion.
The reporter is considered an expert on the matter, given his ability to ‘predict’ the right starting XI during Mourinho’s reign at the club, something that was eventually acknowledged by the Special One himself.
So as Luckhurst explains, the leaked sheets issue precedes Mourinho’s reign at the club, dating all the way back to Sir Alex Ferguson’s era.
Nevertheless, the journalist noted how Amorim, like his countryman, Mourinho decided to handle the issue with a little bit of humor, recalling his own light-hearted row with the incumbent Fenerbahce boss.
“Samwell! You are under pressure now. You have to deliver,” said an amused Mourinho while challenging the reporter to guess the lineup.
