The race for Alexander Isak is heating up ahead of the summer transfer window.

Arsenal have long been tipped with interest, while Liverpool have been tipped to test Newcastle’s resolve, but it is Paris Saint-Germain who are reportedly looking to steal a march on other suitors.

According to RMC Sport, PSG are preparing a players-plus-cash offer for the Newcastle striker.

Goncalo Ramos, Randal Kolo Muani and Marco Asensio are all on offer for a combined swap deal for Isak, who is valued at £150million-plus.

Kolo Muani and Asensio are surplus to requirements in Paris and have been shipped out on loan to Juventus and Aston Villa, respectively. Ramos can also be sacrificed if Isak heads in the opposite direction.

Kolo Muani hit the ground running in Italy with five goals in his first three games, but has since gone six games without scoring.

Asensio has had a similar impact at Villa, with two goals in a 2-1 win over Chelsea and another brace against Cardiff in the FA Cup.

It remains to be seen if Isak would push to leave Newcastle, though it is expected that the club's qualification for next season's Champions League will play a part in his decision this summer.
