Al-Nassr have crashed out of the King Cup of Champions on Tuesday after shocking scenes.
The Saudi Arabian club reached the final last season but made it only to the Round of 16 this time after losing 1-0 to Al-Taawoun.
Al-Nassr had a chance to tie the game in the 96th minute after being awarded a late penalty. However, the usually prolific Cristiano Ronaldo blasted his attempt over the bar and instantly put his head in his hands.
Ronaldo has nine goals and three assists in 11 club games the season but will no doubt want that chance back.
Al-Nassr now turn their attention back to the Saudi Pro League as the third-place team tries to maintain their unbeaten record and move up the table.
Ninth-place Al-Taawoun, meanwhile, advanced to the quarter-finals.
