According to a report from L’Équipe, Adrien Rabiot’s (30) status in the eyes of Didier Deschamps has not been dented despite the midfielder’s situation at Marseille. The 30-year-old has been placed on the transfer list at OM and will not feature for them again this season.

Rabiot was involved in an altercation with Jonathan Rowe in the aftermath of Les Phocéens’ 1-0 defeat to Rennes on the opening day of the season. The former Juventus midfielder’s actions have been deemed “unacceptable” according to a club statement, and he has been told to find another club before the transfer window closes.

Despite his difficult situation with his club, it is not thought to impact his situation with his country. The France international midfielder is still under consideration to be called up for the upcoming international break, L’Équipe understands. Rabiot’s chances are somewhat boosted with Eduardo Camavinga yet to return to competitive action with Real Madrid.
