Juventus and Inter meet at the Allianz Stadium this evening: here’s all you need to know about the game and who’s the favourite to win at the Allianz Stadium.
Juventus and Inter meet in Serie A again after a spectacular 4-4 draw this past November.
This matchup is always a highly anticipated one, with both teams boasting significant quality and history. As of recent form, Inter can be considered the favourites, not to mention that a win would send them to the top of the Serie A table after Napoli’s 2-2 draw against Lazio on Saturday.
Experts at jojobet also see the Nerazzurri as the favourite to win the Serie A title this season, especially after Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s move to PSG from Napoli in January.
Under coach Simone Inzaghi, Inter have looked solid, with key players like Lautaro Martínez and Marus Thuram contributing significantly to the attack. However, one question mark in tonight’s meeting concerns the French striker, who hasn’t trained with the rest of the team this week and is not expected to start.

“Dimarco is back, and Zalewski has made two excellent appearances and is integrating well,” Inzaghi said at a pre-match press conference on Saturday.
“I will have to evaluate everything carefully, hoping to recover Thuram tomorrow. After that, everyone else should be available.
“I think Taremi had a great first part of the season,” the 48-year-old noted.
“He had a small issue before the start of the league that slowed him down. He’s always been used to being a starter, but here there’s competition with other forwards.”
Juventus, on the other hand, have been in a transitional period under new coach Thiago Motta. Summer signings like Teun Koopmeiners and Nico Gonzalez have had inconsistencies in their performances, particularly in big games. Fans and media have discussed Motta’s tactical approach as the Bianconeri struggle to break down teams that defend deep, but this should not be Inter’s case on Sunday.
In terms of head-to-head, Inter have had the upper hand in recent meetings, and their overall squad depth gives them a slight edge. However, Juventus are never to be underestimated, especially in big matches where their experience can come to the forefront. Overall, while Inter are favoured, it’s likely to be a tightly contested affair at a sold-out Allianz Stadium in Turin.
“The most important thing is the next game. This is a very important match where we will all feel the pressure. We have to focus 200%,” Motta said in his pre-match press conference.
“We always aim for victory, that’s our job. Preparing and doing the right things to achieve that. However, we need to earn it and give everything we have to compete against a strong opponent. Tomorrow’s game is extremely important, maybe the most important of the season. We need to be a team throughout the entire match.”
