Tottenham Hotspur defender Ryan Sessegnon suffered yet another injury issue over the weekend in an U21s game against West Ham.
Having recently returned to training following a hamstring issue, the 23-year-old was given an opportunity in the youth set-up to help ease his way back into action.
However, it is not a move which went to plan for Ryan Sessegnon as he now awaits another assessment on his latest issue.

The left-back’s injury woes continue as he lasted just 37 minutes on Saturday in the game against West Ham U21s.
His time at Spurs has been riddled with injuries and it was apparent this latest setback left a number of Spurs fans absolutely stunned.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, journalist Alasdair Gold has mooted a potential positive coming out of the early prognosis of the injury: ‘From what I understand, it’s a hamstring problem on the other side. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing, to be honest with you.
‘It’s probably a good thing in terms of the one which was more problematic and needed surgery, it’s not that one. But look if you’re going to be constantly worried about both sides going… it’s just rubbish for him.’

Ange Postecoglou has only been able to use Sessegnon as a cameo substitute in the FA Cup game against Burnley.
He has otherwise been unavailable due to undergoing surgery earlier in the campaign, before then sustaining a setback in that display against Burnley.
The game on the weekend against Wolves was crying out for an attacking option to fill in for the injured Destiny Udogie.
Ben Davies missed a huge opportunity in the latter stages of the game, an opportunity which Sessegnon may have taken.
However, the 23-year-old’s continuous injury issues means he has never been able to provide much of an impression on Ange Postecoglou.
And his lack of reliability surely has to mean Sessegnon’s time at Spurs is on its last legs.
