Video: Fireworks and smoke bombs in front of Cagliari hotel before Napoli showdown

Napoli fans set off fireworks and smoke bombs outside the Cagliari hotel last night to disturb the Sardinians before a Serie A title decider at the Stadio Maradona.

Napoli are on the verge of winning the fourth Serie A title in their history. A win at home against Cagliari tonight will allow them to clinch the 2024-25 Scudetto.

Cagliari already secured survival with a game to spare last week, but a group of Napoli fans still tried to disturb their opponents last night by setting off fireworks and smoke bombs outside their hotel, as Sportitalia reported.

Napoli will also closely monitor Inter’s game, as the Nerazzurri visit Como in the last game of the season tonight.

However, if Napoli beat Cagliari, any result from the Stadio Sinigaglia would be meaningless.
