Fresh footage of sidelined Barcelona star Pedri has come to the fore late on Monday evening.

The name of youngster Pedri has of course taken its place front and centre in the headlines in Catalunya’s capital over the course of the last 72 hours.

This comes after the 21-year-old was forced into a premature departure from Spain’s Euro 2024 quarter-final showdown with Germany.

The victim of a heavy challenge on the part of Toni Kroos, Pedri was left grounded and in evident distress, lasting just over five minutes before limping from the field of play.

Confirmation has since been forthcoming that the former Las Palmas man has picked up a knee injury, which will see him miss the remainder of Spain’s Euros campaign.

Not only that, but Pedri could well be forced to sit out the early weeks of the new club season, too.

And such suggestions would certainly appear to line up with the latest footage of the midfielder to have surfaced in the media on Monday.

As showcased below, Pedri was spotted emerging from the Spanish national team bus a short time ago making use of a knee brace.

Not only that, but the youngster looked in considerable discomfort whilst walking, in another concerning development for all associated with Barcelona:
