Manchester City and Palermo have confirmed their starting lineups ahead of today’s Anglo Palermitan Trophy clash. The match is Manchester City’s final friendly before they begin the new Premier League season. Pep Guardiola’s side will take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux next weekend to start the new campaign. The hope is that Manchester City can get a solid performance in today against Palermo to build into the new season.

There is a host of players unavailable for today’s match for Manchester City. Rodri, Phil Foden, Josko Gvardiol, and Claudio Echeverri were all deemed not fit enough to play. Marcus Bettinelli, Kalvin Phillips and Mateo Kovacic are all injured. Jack Grealish, James McAtee and Stefan Ortega didn’t travel with the City squad.
