Now entering the final part of the summer transfer window, the Black Cats are focused on bringing in new faces to add quality and depth to their defence.

They recently made the signing of their centre-back target Omar Alderete from Getafe and his move could see Jenson Seelt leave the Stadium of Light.

Le Bris has brought in Reinaldo and Arthur Masuaku to strengthen the left side of the defence and he is pushing to complete a move for Paris Saint-Germain’s right-back Mukiele.
