The Rossoner were at Milanello this morning. The team met for breakfast before heading to the dressing room to get ready for today's training.
REPORT The team activated their muscles using poles and low hurdles and then moved onto rondos to finish the warm-up. Training continued to the group doing sprints before a seres of possssion drills. A game on a reduced pitch concluded the day's work.

MONDAY 23 DECEMBER The team will now be given three days off. The will get back to work on the morning of Thursday 26 December.
