It’s not just Europe that is at stake in Serie A this evening, as the fight to avoid relegation involves Verona, Parma, Lecce, Empoli and Venezia, with a play-off entirely possible.
The final Serie A Week 38 fixtures will all kick off at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT, 20.45 CET).
We will have a big Liveblog covering all six matches, as fourth place, the Europa and Conference League spots, plus two of the three relegation places are still to be decided.

Like the Scudetto, if two teams finish level on points for relegation, then the plan is to have a play-off game.
However, if three or more sides are stuck on the same points, there will be a mini-table worked out based on their head-to-head record.
Here is what could happen this evening, with Monza already down to Serie B.
