Roma need a victory to keep fighting for those European places with Matias Soulé and Eldor Shomurodov, but Verona are feeling the pressure too.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).
Claudio Ranieri is maintaining the remarkable unbeaten run in the league of 11 victories and five draws, coming off back-to-back 1-1 results against Juventus and Lazio.
Roma remain in seventh place, but well within reach of those European qualification spots.
Paulo Dybala and Saud Abdulhamid are still out of action, with Artem Dovbyk not at 100 per cent, so he is rested in favour of Shomurodov.
Alexis Saelemaekers and Angelino are in support of Soulé and Tommaso Baldanzi, as the brief experiment of a four-man defence is shelved.

Verona are hovering above the drop zone and one more win could see them break away definitively from the danger of relegation.
Casper Tengstedt and Abdou Harroui have not made the trip, while Tomas Suslov and Cheikh Niasse are only fit for the bench.
Hellas are unbeaten in four, having shocked Udinese 1-0 away, then had three consecutive draws against Parma, Torino and Genoa.
Daniel Mosquera leads the attack with Amin Sarr starting despite picking up a knock, while Ondrej Duda is pulling the midfield strings.
