Romelu Lukaku, Giacomo Raspadori and Billy Gilmour start for Napoli against Inter’s Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram, as both sides are missing big players in the Scudetto showdown.
It kicks off at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona at 17.00 GMT.
The Partenopei have scraped only three draws in their last four matches, which saw Inter leapfrog them at the top of the table.
The gap is only one point, with Atalanta hovering right behind them, making this a massive clash for the title race.
Both are missing key players, because Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa, David Neres and Pasquale Mazzocchi are out for the hosts.
Antonio Conte picks Gilmour rather than January signing Philip Billing to take over from Anguissa, while Raspadori is the support striker for ex-Inter star Lukaku in a 3-5-2 formation.

Inter beat Lazio midweek to reach the Coppa Italia semi-final, but lost Matteo Darmian to injury in that match.
He joins Yann Sommer, Carlos Augusto and Nicola Zalewski on the treatment table, though the good news is the return of Thuram to the starting XI.
Hakan Calhanoglu has also shaken off his muscular issues to pull the midfield strings.
These sides drew 1-1 back in November, while Napoli have not beaten Inter since a 3-1 result here in May 2023, managing two defeats and two draws in all competition.
