Inter must win to keep their Scudetto dreams alive going into the final round, so Marcus Thuram partners Mehdi Taremi, while Lazio look to Matias Vecino and Taty Castellanos for fourth place.
It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT, 20.45 CET).
All but one of the Week 37 fixtures are played simultaneously to ensure fairness, as everything from the Scudetto to Europe and relegation is still up in the air.
If Inter and Napoli finish the campaign on level points, the title must be decided by a play-off.

The Nerazzurri are still missing Lautaro Martinez to prepare for the Champions League Final against PSG, but Thuram returns with Taremi upfront.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Benjamin Pavard are also back in the squad, with Hakan Calhanoglu and Nicolò Barella in midfield.
Francesco Acerbi faces his former club in defence.

Lazio are locked in joint fourth place with Juventus after that dramatic draw, but Mattia Zaccagni and Luca Pellegrini are suspended.
Manuel Lazzari joins Patric on the treatment table, but Nuno Tavares is back in the side after yet another muscular injury.
Matias Vecino is the surprise starter in a more advanced position with Gustav Isaksen and Boulaye Dia, supporting centre-forward Castellanos.
Lazio are also out for revenge after their humiliating 6-0 home defeat to Inter back in December.
