Tijjani Noslin leads the way with Mattia Zaccagni and Pedro as Lazio host Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram’s Inter in a Scudetto battle.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 19.45 GMT.
These two teams are both on 31 points and challenging to keep up with leaders Atalanta, but Inter have a game in hand after their trip to Fiorentina was suspended.
Lazio are flying high in Serie A, the Coppa Italia and Europa League at the moment, winning 14 of their last 17 competitive games.
Fresh from back-to-back victories over Napoli in two tournaments, and Thursday’s 3-1 result away to Ajax, Marco Baroni is forced to do without several key players.
Taty Castellanos is suspended, while Alessio Romagnoli and Matias Vecino are not even fit for the bench.
Noslin therefore acts as centre-forward, with Pedro, Zaccagni and Gustav Isaksen in support.

Inter are less confident following the Champions League defeat to Bayer Leverkusen, a performance where they were accused of lacking ambition.
However, that was only their second loss of the entire campaign.
Having rested players midweek, Lautaro Martinez and Thuram are the front two, with Nicolò Barella, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Federico Dimarco returning to the starting XI.
Denzel Dumfries returns after he was ruled out in Leverkusen by illness, but Francesco Acerbi and Benjamin Pavard are still on the treatment table.
It is always a special night for Simone Inzaghi, who spent most of his career with Lazio as first a player, then a coach.
