Juventus coach Thiago Motta is expected to make limited changes from his side’s Champions League win against Manchester City as they host Venezia to end a three-game drawing streak in Serie A.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 GMT) at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.
Despite still having Andrea Cambiaso on the treatment table, the Bianconeri welcome the return of Nico Gonzalez to the squad, as the former Fiorentina forward is back after more than two months on the sidelines to add to Motta’s offensive depth.
The Argentina international will initially be kept on the bench, with Timothy Weah and Kenan Yildiz set to start on the two flanks of the offensive trio behind centre-forward Dusan Vlahovic, with Teun Koopmeiners confirmed as a trequartista.
Weston McKennie, who scored Juventus’ second goal against the Premier League giants, looks favoured to get the nod in midfield alongside Kephren Thuram, at the expense of Manuel Locatelli.
Michele Di Gregorio should keep his place in goal, with injuries forcing a back four composed of Nicolò Savona, Federico Gatti, Pierre Kalulu and Danilo.
Douglas Luiz is also available but set to start from the bench as Francisco Conceição.
Rock-bottom Venezia won their last Serie A match in late October and put an end to a four-game losing streak by drawing against Como last week.
Coach Eusebio Di Francesco will line up Joel Pohjanpalo as a lone striker, with Gaetano Oristanio and Gianluca Busio behind him.
