Real Madrid forward Rodrygo may have hinted at agreeing a new deal amid reported interest from Arsenal and Liverpool.
Rodrygo’s future at the Santiago Bernabeu has been called into question following his lack of involvement at the Club World Cup, where he made just three appearances all tournament.
Last month it was reported by Spanish publication AS that the Brazil international topped a list of five potential Real Madrid departures before the summer transfer window closes as head coach Xabi Alonso looks to trim his squad.
Then over the weekend ESPN Brazil stated Liverpool had earmarked the 24-year-old as an alternative for Alexander Isak, already making contact with Rodrygo's agents ahead of a first formal bid after agreeing personal terms.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have long been linked with a move for the Brazilian as Mikel Arteta looks to further bolster his attacking options after the arrivals of Viktor Gyokeres and Noni Madueke.
However, AS now claim that Rodrygo has decided to stay and is determined to force his way into Alonso’s plans.
Furthermore the report states there is no sign of a move away and there has been no significant offers from potential suitors which would tempt Madrid into doing business.
That said, Rodrgyo is potentially closing in on agreeing a new boot deal. Upon signing with sports equipment giant Nike, he had become the youngest athlete ever to be associated with the company.

Though after 10 years with Nike, Rodrygo has hinted at a move to Adidas - kit suppliers for Arsenal and Liverpool - as he was spotted wearing the new F50 boots in Real Madrid’s training session on Monday.

In addition, while doing some gym work inside there is footage - uploaded to the Real Madrid website - of Rodrygo warming up in a pair of Adidas trainers.
There is yet to be any official confirmation of Rodrygo switching brands but the fact he has been seen wearing Adidas ahead of the new season is a clear indication that he is set to part ways with Nike.
