Inter Milan are reportedly planning to sell defender Yann Bisseck to Aston Villa and reinvest in the signing of Giovanni Leoni.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan have set their sights on Parma defender Giovanni Leoni this summer.
The Nerazzurri see the 19-year-old as the ideal profile for the future of their defense. Particularly the prospect of reuniting him with Cristian Chivu after his excellent form at the back end of last season.
However, Parma are not going to let their teenage breakout star come cheap.
The Emilian club are holding out for a minimum fee of €30 million to sell Leoni this summer.
However, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have a good idea of where that cash could come from.

According to the Gazzetta, Premier League club Aston Villa are targeting Inter defender Yann Bisseck.
Coach Unai Emery has made reinforcing the defense a priority at Villa Park. And Bisseck is right at the top of the Birmingham club’s list of targets.
The Gazzetta note that Inter have rejected advances from the Premier League in the past for Bisseck. Particularly, West Ham United had tried to test the Nerazzurri’s resolve.
But this summer could be the right time for Inter to sell the 24-year-old German international.
Inter signed Bisseck for a fee of around €7 million two years ago. However, his value has now risen to at least €35 million.
