Less than 24 hours after their loss to Hellas Verona, the managerial situation at Roma remains uncertain.
Following their fourth defeat in 11 league games, the capital club is now considering dismissing Ivan Juric and appointing their third manager in just three months.
Several potential candidates have been linked to the role, including Roberto Mancini, Claudio Ranieri, and former Juventus coach Max Allegri. However, a new contender has recently emerged as a possible replacement for Juric.
According to Sky Sport Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, Roma is now eyeing former Chelsea and Everton manager Frank Lampard. The English coach has been without a team since the summer of 2023 after his second tenure with the Blues.
While Roma’s owners, The Friedkin Group, have yet to make a final decision on Juric, Lampard reportedly aligns with the profile of their preferred next coach.
