We know Rangers is not an easy job, but every manager makes it harder for himself. Seems to be a masochism about the job that each boss makes stupid selections, ridiculous tactics and signs mince.

The basics of Rangers are get a good defence and build from it. No, Rangers these days are all about nonsense progressive coaches and their transitions and other numpty buzzwords which clearly hoodwink in a room filled with suits.
